Cartoccio
Cartoccio is a project born in Beijing in the winter of 2015. It aims to share and elevate the southern Italian cuisine tradition. Literally cartoccio means “paper cone”, which was the main serving “flatware” in Italy right after the II World War, when house kitchens were very rare, and food was chiefly available in the streets. Nonetheless, the food goodness still played a major role, as the cartoccio helped to restore its huge tradition.
Cartoccio kitchen operated in Fangjia Hutong throughout 2016 catering the surrounding bars such as El Nido, Jiao, Fang and Cellar Door as it catered in many private events, fairs and markets all around the city.
Cartoccio will be selling a range of snacks at Yue Space during the market.
Jennie's Oven
Jennie's Oven is a small home bakery that offers the people of Beijing rich, home-baked goods packed with flavor. She is excited to be joining the Loreli Affordable Art Market with some customer favorites -- including her signature brownies, pecan pie, and cheddar scones -- as well as a variety of cookies, cupcakes, and other sweet treats.
