Beijing Rock 101 is a series of 4 shows this May hosted by School Livehouse. The aim of these shows is to showcase local acts that represent important aspects of the Beijing scene's past, present, and future.
As a collaboration between Loreli, ChairmanWow, and School - bands will be interiewed on stage about their own music, and experiences participating in music-making in the Beijing scene live on-stage before performing a set for the audience.
We're looking forward to bringing you these unique events that will showcase: the emerging youth generation in the beijing scene, the extensive punk and experimental scenes, and the experiences of expats who have participated in the Chinese scene over the long term.
